A one-page site usually takes about a week. A business site of up to six pages takes two to three weeks from the day I have your content, and bigger builds run four to six. The slow part is almost never the code, it's waiting on photos and wording, so I'll tell you exactly what I need up front.

Your domain is registered in an account in your name, so it renews to you and nobody can hold it. The code lives in its own private repository, and Google Business, analytics and the rest stay under your login with me added as a helper.

At launch you get a short handoff document: where everything lives, which logins are yours, and how to ask for changes. If you ever leave, I transfer the code to you and set the site up on a free hosting account in your name. No fee for that.

Anything that changes what's already there: new hours, prices, photos, a staff bio, a menu, a new section on an existing page. Most take minutes. Plan hours reset each month and don't roll over. If a request would go past your plan, or it's a brand new page or feature, I'll tell you the cost first so nothing on the invoice surprises you.

No. Without a plan, I set the site up on a free hosting account in your name at launch, walk you through it, and you're set. Any changes later are $50 an hour.

Most people pick a plan because they'd rather text me a change than learn hosting. Plans renew monthly and you can cancel any time; it simply stops at the end of that month, and I hand everything over the same way.

Often, yes. I'll look at what you have first and tell you honestly whether it's worth repairing or replacing. Sites on GoDaddy Website Builder, Wix and similar platforms usually can't take custom code, so those get rebuilt. A dated but well-structured site can often be modernized for far less than a full rebuild.

Builds are two invoices: half to start, half at launch. You can pay by card, bank transfer (ACH) or Zelle.

Monthly plans are set up once with a card or bank account and renew automatically on the same day each month, with an emailed receipt. You can update your card or cancel yourself from the link in any receipt. Your domain renewal, usually $10 to $20 a year, is paid straight to your registrar, not to me.

Yes. Anything non-public you share, including logins, business details and plans, stays confidential by default. If your business needs a signed NDA first, send it over and I'll review and sign it before we talk.

Not at all. I'm based in Houston and happy to meet in person around town, but most of the work happens over email, text and calls, so it doesn't matter where your business is. Same quick replies either way.
